Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the crew to maintain high standards in quality, service, and cleanliness
- Coordinate staff training and ensure a harmonious working environment
- Handle Human Resource issues and conduct necessary meetings
- Control inventory and payroll to meet company standards
- Maintain building, equipment, and cash procedures
Job Requirements:
- Prior shift management experience in a restaurant or retail setting
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work all shifts and weekends
