Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial / Industrial Property Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Tustin, CA. This role will manage a multi-site portfolio of industrial warehouse and commercial properties, along with an office HOA/association, overseeing daily operations, tenant relationships, vendor performance, lease administration, and property financials. This is an excellent opportunity for a property management professional who enjoys a hands-on, visible role across multiple assets and wants to contribute to a well-run real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial and industrial property management experience, confidence working with tenants and vendors, and hands-on expertise with Yardi Breeze Premier. This position offers stability, responsibility, and the opportunity to work closely with leadership in a collaborative environment where operational excellence and responsive service are valued. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily operations for a portfolio of approximately 13 commercial and industrial properties with about 31 tenants. • Conduct regular site visits, typically 1 to 3 days per week, to monitor property conditions, service needs, maintenance, repairs, and capital projects. • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing maintenance requests, lease questions, move-ins, move-outs, and lease compliance matters. • Manage property financials, including budgets, financial reporting, rent collection, invoice approvals, expense tracking, and CAM reconciliations. • Maintain lease records, track renewals, support lease administration, and assist with lease-related coordination and negotiations. • Manage the office complex HOA/association, including board meeting coordination, records, budgets, common area oversight, and vendor coordination. Compensation and Benefits • Salary range: $105,000 to $120,000 per year. • Job type: Direct hire. • Location: Tustin, CA. • Travel: Up to approximately 45 miles from Tustin for site visits.
