I opened my agency in 2012 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in banking and later as a team member for a State Farm agent. That experience gave me a strong foundation in both customer service and the day-to-day operations of a successful agency. Im a graduate of University of Wisconsin, Green Bay. Im married with three kids, and much of my time outside the office is spent traveling to their sporting events. I also enjoy golfing and hunting whenever I get the chance. I stay connected to the community by sponsoring a local baseball team and supporting youth athletics. Being involved locally is an important part of what we do. Our agency offers PTO, training and development opportunities, and a strong focus on work-life balance. I believe in creating an environment where my team feels supported and set up for long-term success. Our culture is built around accountability, strong communication, and self-motivation. Im looking for someone who is great with customers and can confidently handle both everyday conversations and more challenging situations. Tyler Wurtz - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
