TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Greensboro, North Carolina, 27401!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years required. License: Valid nursing license required. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS preferred. Must-Have: - EKG exam required for all RNs. - Experience with telemetry and medical/surgical patients. Description: This position requires a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical/Surgical/Telemetry. The nurse will primarily care for observation patients with respiratory conditions, general medical-surgical diagnoses, palliative, end-of-life, hospice patients, psychiatric observation, and diabetes management. Experience with starting and maintaining IVs, managing dysrhythmias, and performing wound care is essential. The nurse will participate in interdisciplinary support teams and float to various facilities as needed. The candidate must possess strong assessment skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Compliance with all policies related to scheduling, attendance, and patient care is mandatory. The nurse will handle a patient ratio of 6:1 during both day and night shifts. Previous charge nurse experience is preferred but not required. Successful candidates will be required to pass an EKG exam during the compliance process. Candidates must be prepared to complete pre-start requirements in a timely manner.
