Technical Integrator with Security Clearance

Overview Technical Integrator – Location: Huntsville, Alabama. Status: Full Time. Clearance: Active Secret. Astrion is at the forefront of new missile defense technologies and works with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) to develop and deploy a layered Missile Defense System (MDS). This role supports the research, development, testing and evaluation of missile defense systems, including sensors, weapons, communications, and command/control systems. Responsibilities Provide technical and advisory assistance to the Targets Program Office in developing and refining the capabilities of MDA target systems built to test missile defense systems. Work with Program Chief engineers and Chief Product Engineers to ensure timely and correct answers to data requests. Compile weekly staff summaries and briefings. Collaborate with contractor teams to plan and execute qualification and flight test events. Contribute to future mission planning to ensure target portfolios support flight test campaign needs. Provide logistical and operational support for major test and flight events. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in a STEM related field. 7+ years of relevant experience. Active DoD Secret security clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship. Familiarity with Targets and Countermeasures program office and/or MDA & DoD programs and processes. Ability to communicate complex ideas and produce clear, concise, audience‑relevant presentations and documents. Ability to review system engineering documentation to ensure specifications meet system needs and are accurate. Capacity to work independently, as part of a team, or leading teams/tasks. Experience working in a configuration‑controlled environment and ensuring proper handling levels are applied to items. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Preferred Familiarity with MDA and system engineering processes. Familiarity with MDA configuration management tools and processes. Strong attention to detail and ability to efficiently perform multiple tasks. Ability to communicate detailed technical information to technical and non‑technical personnel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
