Lead UX Researcher

Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Lead UX Researcher to join their dynamic team. As a Lead UX Researcher, you will be instrumental in partnering with UX design, strategy, and product teams on a variety of impactful projects that enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate curiosity, analytical thinking, and a passion for understanding user behavior, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Lead UX Researcher Location: Spring, Texas What's the Job? Lead comprehensive UX research and testing initiatives to inform product development Create detailed research and testing scripts to ensure thorough data collection Support the creation of insightful research analysis and comprehensive reports Synthesize customer feedback through observations, interviews, surveys, and usability studies Identify opportunities for generative research and develop self-driven research plans What's Needed? Extensive experience conducting one-on-one user interviews and usability testing Familiarity with remote testing tools and methodologies Ability to synthesize business objectives with customer needs to recommend product improvements Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively What's in it for me?
