Years of Experience 6+ years Skill-sets:Extensive experience on concept generationExtensive experience in design and detailed drawing creation of Sheetmetal and machined components of complex & precise partsExperience in Geometric Dimension & Tolerancing (GD&T)Experience in Tolerance stack up analysisAbility to read schematics and P&ID drawingsGood hands-on experience in Solid Works & AutoCADKnowledge / hands on experience in manufacturingExperience in DFX & DFMEAExperience in Industrial Automation and/or Semiconductor Equipment designKnowledge of clean room compatible materials and clean room requirementsKnowledge of vacuum systems and gas system (added advantage)Knowledge on System cooling & water flow analysis, (added advantage)Design & Analysis experience using Ansys workbench/proMechanica (optional)Very good written and verbal communication skills
