Previous insurance experience is not required.

You do need to be willing to obtain a life insurance license, learn the business, follow a proven process, and consistently put in the activity required to produce results.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO

Once properly licensed, you will:

- Speak with prospective clients by phone or video

- Work with people who are looking for information about financial protection options

- Understand each client’s financial goals, family needs, budget, and existing coverage

- Review appropriate insurance solutions from multiple carriers

- Run quotes and clearly explain available options

- Help clients make informed decisions about coverage

- Complete and submit applications

- Follow cases through underwriting and placement

- Maintain communication with clients throughout the process

- Build long term client relationships

- Manage appointments, follow up, and your sales pipeline

- Build and own your book of business

Your compensation is based on production, which means there is no predetermined ceiling on what you can earn.
