This contract role in the Chiefland, FL area offers the opportunity to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a diverse PreK-12 student population during the academic year from August 10, 2026, to May 28, 2027. Qualifications:

• Current Florida SLP license required
• SLP-CCC or CFY accepted
• School-based SLP experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to PreK-12 students
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate communication goals within the classroom
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student success
• Serve as a resource for families and school personnel regarding speech and language development
