Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Alternating 36/48-hour weekly schedule (84 hours biweekly with 72-hour guarantee); straight 48s may be considered | Weekend availability required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit with primary float support to Med Surg
• Assess, monitor, and document patient status using electronic health record systems
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver safe, effective patient care
• Adapt to flexible scheduling requirements, including weekend shifts and block scheduling as operationally needed
• Complete facility orientation modules and required compliance documentation within established timeframes

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in hand prior to start date
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in IMC, PCU, Stepdown, or related acute care setting
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required at time of submission
• Active Nursys verification required at time of submission
• Must be willing to float to Med Surg and work weekends as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic electronic health record (EHR) system strongly preferred
• Familiarity with alternating or block scheduling environments
