As an Assistant Sales Floor Manager, you'll be the Sales Floor Manager's right hand - helping lead our team, creating memorable customer experiences, and keeping our store running smoothly day-to-day. What You'll Do

• Partner with the Sales Floor Manager to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, going above and beyond to make every customer's experience special.
• Support the growth of our team by helping train, coach, and motivate employees to shine in their roles.
• Help drive sales goals by sharing product knowledge, recommending styles, and engaging customers with confidence.
• Keep the store looking its best - clean, organized, and beautifully merchandised.
• Ensure every customer is welcomed, assisted, and leaves feeling inspired.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years of retail experience (leadership experience is a plus!).
• Strong people skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• A flexible schedule - including evenings and weekends as needed.
