Reporting to the CFO, the Controller will play a key role in protecting that foundation while helping the Organization evolve for the future. This is an opportunity for an experienced accounting leader who enjoys developing talent, improving processes, and bringing clarity to complex financial matters. What You’ll Do Lead the accounting function, including a team of upwards of eight accounting professionals. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, strength of internal controls, and delivery of meaningful financial insights that support executive and Board decision-making. Partner with the CFO, executive team, auditors, regulators, and Board committees on key financial matters. Support investment accounting, liquidity management, and asset-liability management activities. Drive continuous improvement of accounting systems, processes, and technology adoption, including responsible use of AI tools where appropriate. The successful candidate will bring Significant accounting leadership and management experience within a financial institution. Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Experience leading and developing high-performing teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, process improvement, and communication skills. Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively with executive leadership. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience. CPA and/or master’s degree in accounting or finance strongly preferred. The base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $225,000, plus additional benefits and bonus potential. Compensation is determined by a variety of factors, including role scope, responsibilities, experience, and internal equity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
