Store Manager – Overview As a Store Manager, you will be the first face of the brand for customers, overseeing a team that provides expert product guidance and support throughout their parenting journey. You will create a welcoming, inclusive environment, foster employee development, and help customers transition from first to ongoing purchases. Key Responsibilities Build a talent pipeline through networking and recruiting; develop succession plans by training and developing team members. Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment that recognizes performance and increases employee engagement. Lead and develop leaders through direction, delegation, and investing in their growth. Create a genuine customer focus on the sales floor by directing and coaching the team on customer participation in loyalty programs. Execute company direction on merchandising and operations; manage payroll and budgets. Understand and analyze KPIs to drive results. Seamlessly lead and integrate an omnichannel experience ensuring teams are trained on the available tools. Reduce loss through consistent customer service, education, and operational controls. Qualifications Positive and solutions-oriented mindset. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, Web navigation, etc.). Minimum of 3 years of retail or related management experience with direct reports. High school diploma or GED. Physical Requirements Lifting up to 40 pounds as needed; frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Standing or walking for extended periods. Climbing up and down a ladder. Availability for days, nights, weekends, holidays, including a minimum of two closing shifts per week. Compensation Hourly rate ranging from $30.00 to $38.00 based on experience and location.
