We’re an independently owned clinic with deep roots in the community, serving Lane County for more than 35 years. Our work is grounded in relationships, not volume. Patients come to us through physician referrals and word of mouth because they trust our clinical judgment and the way we care for people. We practice thoughtful, patient-centered audiology for adult and geriatric patients. That means: Taking the time to understand each patient’s goals and daily listening challenges Recommending solutions that genuinely fit the patient Prioritizing counseling, education, and follow-up care Building long-term relationships with the people we serve Patients consistently describe our clinic as attentive, thorough, and welcoming, with an experience that feels personal and unhurried. What It’s Like to Work Here This is a small, close-knit team that values collaboration and mutual respect. Audiologists work alongside front office staff who understand the importance of communication, consistency, and patient experience. A Day in the Life Hearing aid consultations, fittings, and follow-up care Ongoing counseling and patient education Collaboration with referral sources and internal team members Time to document care thoughtfully and thoroughly This role may be a great fit if you: Are an experienced Audiologist who values autonomy and clinical integrity Enjoy working with adult patients in a relationship-driven practice Believe education and counseling are just as important as technology Thrive in a smaller practice environment where your voice matters Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary - $85,000-105,000 Health insurance Paid vacation time Conference stipend 401(k) with company match About Eugene Eugene offers the cultural energy of a university town with the feel of a smaller, livable city. Home to the University of Oregon – with the famous “Ducks”, thriving arts organizations, and easy access to the coast, mountains, and outdoor recreation. The presence of the University of Oregon adds an extra layer of energy and community pride. Game days bring a vibrant energy to the area, with fans filling Autzen Stadium and downtown Eugene. Whether you’re a sports fan or simply enjoy the sense of community, the Duck spirit is a big part of what makes Eugene such a fun and engaging place to live and work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
