AI Solutions Developer

Excited about leveraging AI to enhance business operations, the full-time AI Solutions Developer will build internal tools and customer-facing features using LLMs while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Build internal tools and customer-facing features on top of LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, open-source models) Design and maintain prompt chains, RAG pipelines, and agent workflows Prototype rapidly, often going from idea to working demo in days Required Qualifications Demonstrable proof of using AI to create value-additive tools and products Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (function calling, streaming, embeddings, fine-tuning) Understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector) and prompt engineering patterns Strong product instinct with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders Data-driven mindset with experience in creating new reporting to identify root causes of problems
