Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• State licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in school settings preferred (K-12)
• Strong skills in planning and delivering therapy to students in both individual and group formats
• Comfortable adapting interventions for a broad spectrum of needs and ages
• Effective communicator with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Self-motivated, organized, and committed to helping students reach their goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services primarily to elementary (K-2, 3-5), with additional services to middle and high school students
• Manage a caseload including 9.5 direct hours each for K-2 and 3-5, 4.5 direct hours for middle school, and 1 hour for a high school student—some students may be grouped for therapy
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy goals, and document progress
• Collaborate with educational staff to integrate therapy outcomes within the classroom
• Engage families in the therapy process and maintain regular communication
• Adapt session plans to support the diverse developmental and educational needs of students
