Managing Attorney

Seeking an Oklahoma Licensed Managing Attorney to lead a remote legal team, providing strategic guidance in immigration law, supervising and mentoring attorneys, and collaborating on recruitment and training efforts. Key Responsibilities Provide legal strategy guidance and intervene in complex immigration cases as needed Supervise, mentor, and train attorneys and staff while leading recruitment initiatives Build trust-based client relationships and address concerns with clear communication Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in good standing in a U.S. jurisdiction Minimum 3 years' experience in immigration law, with a focus on humanitarian and family-based matters Demonstrated experience in supervising and mentoring attorneys Strong client-facing skills and ability to provide constructive feedback Virtual Vocations Inc
