The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, developing relationships with prospective clients, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers across a variety of industries.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and business objectives.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective customers.
• Utilize CRM software to accurately track sales activities, conversations, and pipeline progress.
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership and marketing to execute outreach campaigns.
• Research target accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
• Stay current on industry trends, technology solutions, and competitive offerings.
• Represent the company professionally while delivering an outstanding prospect experience.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Equivalent sales or business development experience will be considered.

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or a customer-facing sales role preferred.
• Recent graduates with strong internship, leadership, or competitive sales experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling is a plus.
