Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated care strategy for each client.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support for clients facing acute emotional distress or mental health emergencies, applying best practices and your clinical expertise.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and fostering supportive community relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and independent license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
