Works on a range of quantitative, technical and/or project based assignments to support the effective operation of assigned department. Uses leadership and project management skills and passion for problem solving to support the Bank's strategic priorities. Demonstrates increasing skills in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data/recommendations; and coordinates projects and assignments across a broad range of business or technical functions. Rotates through multiple positions as assigned to business lines across 5th District and National IT.

Compiles, organizes and analyzes data to help inform business decisions.

Assists in the preparation and execution of department/Bank events including planning, resource management and day-of support.

Coordinates small-to-moderate-scale projects and assignments that tie into larger department/Bank initiatives.


Provides research on given topics as assigned Works with clients and other resources to assess current capabilities, identify customer needs and assist in developing and improving processes.

Participates in cross-functional team initiatives and process improvement projects.

Quickly builds knowledge and expertise about the assigned role, business function, and Bank as a whole.

Knowledge:

Demonstrated personal initiative and leadership ability.

Strong project management skills including organizing, planning and executing, as well as analytical and problem solving skills.

Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Proficient computer skills in programs including, but not limited to Microsoft Office and various web browsers.


Technical positions may require skills in various internal and System business applications.

Knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of analysis, communication, and/or the particular business function.

Education/Experience:

0 to 3+ years of relevant work experience.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Other:

Position requires continuous visual concentration and manual dexterity to operate PC.


Minor lifting and carrying not likely to exceed ten pounds.

May require extended work hours and or schedule flexibility.

Occasional travel including overnight stays may be necessary.

Denotes essential duties and/or any physical requirements required to perform essential duties for the role.
