You'll partner with product teams, business stakeholders, and fellow engineers to design, develop, test, and support ServiceNow solutions—owning delivery quality and contributing to platform excellence.This is an exciting opportunity to help deliver enterprise-grade ServiceNow automation capabilities that improve experiences and outcomes—while elevating engineering quality and capability across the ServiceNow platform.Some Responsibilities May Include:Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and user experiencesTranslate business requirements into technical solutions with measurable impactBuild workflows, business rules, and automations that improve operational efficiency and reliabilityDevelop and maintain REST APIs and enterprise integrations; build and consume APIs to support end-to-end integration needsParticipate in code reviews, testing, and release readiness activities to ensure delivery quality and post-release stabilityTroubleshoot and resolve platform and integration issues, identifying root cause and implementing durable fixesContribute to Agile delivery and modern engineering practices, including CI/CD where applicableRecommend enhancements to improve performance, reliability, and user experienceHelp shape reusable engineering patterns, standards, and modernization practices across the ServiceNow platformCollaborate with architects, security, product, and engineering teams to drive scalable and supportable solutionsQualificationsWe Are Seeking Candidates With:Experience developing on ServiceNow (or similar enterprise platforms)Strong object-oriented design and software engineering fundamentalsExperience building and consuming REST APIs (experience with ServiceNow GlideAPIs is a bonus)Familiarity with JavaScript, web technologies, and workflow automation.
