Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 35 beds in the IRF (Inpatient Rehab Facility) 400+ beds in Hospital Number of Staff – 139 Total staff, 32 OT over all departments Type of staff: Day Shift – M-F 8-4 OT staff @ 25 present each day. Night Shift – No OT needs Patient Ratios – 22 RVU's "Therapy Units" expected per day in Acute or IRF Type of equipment – Rehab Gym and standard Therapy equipment for Hospital Evals/Treatments EMR – Meditech (HCA Documentation) Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: Candidates without these skills will be considered for the role. 1 Year of Hospital Experience Texas License Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Hand Splinting Trauma Experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Patient evaluations in the Hospital and Treatments while still admitted IRF 90 Minutes a day per patient Evals and Treatments will total 90 minutes during stay Best personality Fit: Kind and Caring individual REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: License is only Requirement Floating Area(s): Will be expected to function in the Hospital setting and Inpatient Rehab Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Navy Blue Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
