Senior HelperAs a Senior Helper, you'll have a fulfilling job providing companionship and enhancing the quality of life for elderly clients all while having a flexible schedule and competitive pay! Starting rate is $13-$16 per hour. Shifts are available immediately!As an in-home caregiver, you will be at the forefront of our mission to provide compassionate care and improve the quality of life for our clients, their families and our employees.Required Caregiver Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDCompletion of a state-approved PCA certification training course (We will assist with training to obtain PCA certification)Possess a valid Oklahoma driver's licenseReliable transportation with valid auto insuranceMust be able to pass criminal background check and drug testTB TestResponsibilities include:Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting/incontinence care, ambulation assistance)Assist with instrumental activities of daily living (light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, errands/transportation)Transferring and positioning of clientObserving and reporting changes of physical and mental conditionsCompanionship and conversationBenefits:Paid PCA training opportunity$13-16 per hour$250 Sign on Bonus$100 Employee Referral BonusMedical, Vision & Dental Insurance OfferedSenior Helpers contributes $50/month for Allstate accident/disability insuranceOpportunities for bonuses.Paid training for Dementia & Parkinson's, as well as ongoing educationWe are Great Place to Work certified!
