Customer Service Administrator

Customer Service Administrator We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to support a fast-paced service team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, coordinating multiple priorities, and providing administrative support in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator Answer customer calls and emails, gather information, and ensure service requests are documented accurately. Enter and maintain customer and service-related information within SAP and internal systems. Coordinate service appointments, schedules, contractors, and purchase orders. Communicate updates between customers, technicians, and internal departments. Prepare service documentation, reports, technician schedules, manuals, and supporting materials. Assist with troubleshooting coordination and follow-up activities to ensure timely resolution of service requests. Qualifications of the Customer Service Administrator At least 1 year of customer service, administrative, or coordination experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable handling phone and email correspondence throughout the day. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and general computer systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
