Senior Sales Operations Analyst

Supporting a fast-growing partner sales organization, the remote Senior Sales Operations Analyst will manage day-to-day partner operations, implement scalable sales processes, and contribute to the strategic design of new partner programs. Key responsibilities Partner with leadership and the partner programs team to support daily partner operations and serve as the primary Sales Ops contact Implement and manage scalable partner sales processes aligned with global sales policies and systems Contribute to the design of new partner programs, including operational playbooks and change management execution Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in a Sales Operations or related strategic role in a high-growth environment Demonstrated ability to design and scale sales processes and manage projects from end-to-end Proficiency in Salesforce and the sales technology ecosystem, including building reports and dashboards Strong analytical skills with experience performing quantitative analysis on large data sets Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, economics, or a related field is a plus
