Candidates should have knowledge and experience in data collection, assessment, and a variety of instructional methods for teaching academic, behavioral, and social-emotional skills. Teachers are expected to engage in reflective teaching practices and pursue continuous self-improvement. Qualifications Qualifications: Valid IL educator licensure with LBSI endorsement required. Working Conditions Working Conditions: $61,877.70 (full-time) minimum annually with benefits. Actual compensation based on education and experience. Salary and Benefit Information Salary and Benefit Information: Our beginning salaries for this school year can be found here. Benefits for this position include access to health insurance, dental insurance, long-term disability insurance, and life insurance. Some tuition reimbursement is available for graduate-level courses in the field of education. Tier 2 TRS employees may be eligible for additional retirement savings benefits.
