In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. Your role and responsibilities We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing cloud delivery team, supporting the design, development, and deployment of applications within secure, high-impact environments. This role sits within a consulting delivery model, working across client engagements where you will contribute hands‑on, support junior team members, and help shape the technical direction of solutions. The Role You will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, working on modern applications spanning both front‑end and back‑end technologies, with exposure to cloud-based environments. Alongside hands‑on development, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of smaller workstreams, contribute to technical decisions, and support the development of less experienced engineers within the team. Responsibilities Contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of full‑stack applications Take ownership of smaller features or workstreams within wider delivery programmes Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions Support and mentor junior developers within the team Contribute to development standards, best practices, and technical direction Work within secure environments, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability Required education None Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Experience working with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP), ideally within enterprise or secure environments Experience using:

• Version control (Git)
• CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices
