Senior Digital Consulting Analyst, Oracle Cloud ERP

Responsibilities Drive strategic growth and ignite innovation for clients. Enable change necessary for clients to own their future. Enhance analytical skills working as part of a team. Get hands‑on experience in building effective relationships. Create solutions for clients as independent and in group settings. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, science, liberal arts, computer science, information systems, or other technology-related majors 1-2 years of experience working within software implementation process At least 1 year of experience analyzing requirements, maintaining functional documentation, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users Strong analytics and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast‑paced consulting environment Oracle ERP Cloud implementation experience or ERP Cloud Certifications is a plus Prior consulting industry experience is a plus Willingness to travel up to 50% Core Competencies Demonstrates strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on effective communication and relationship‑building in a consulting environment.
