Audit Associate Director

Our client, a leading and independent accountancy and business advisory firm in Ireland, is looking for an Audit Associate Director to join the team. With a team of highly skilled professionals, they are dedicated to providing tailored solutions to businesses of all sizes.
This position is perfect for a Senior Audit Manager who is ready to advance their career. You will take charge of audit engagements, lead teams, drive technological innovation, and play a significant role in business development and client expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Ownership: Manage a varied client portfolio, oversee complete audit engagements, and serve as a trusted advisor.
- Technical & Technology Focus: Utilize audit technology, automation, and data analytics while ensuring adherence to IFRS, UK GAAP, and PCAOB standards.
- Business Development & Strategy: Identify opportunities for growth, assist with tenders and proposals, and contribute to digital transformation efforts.
- People Development & Culture: Mentor audit managers, encourage collaboration and innovation, and enhance audit quality.
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- At least two years of experience as an Audit Senior Manager in a reputable firm.
- Strong technical knowledge of audit methodologies and financial reporting.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple engagements, and achieve results.
- Proficient in using audit software, automation, and data analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
