Float Pool RNs perform direct patient care in a variety of patient care areas such as medical surgical, stepdown, and ICU level of care./ppQualifications:/ppEducation Experience:/pp You must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program from an accredited school of professional nursing within six months of hire or rehire and graduate on or before the third employment anniversary date into a nursing position. * BSN or MSN graduates preferred/ppGrandfathered Exemption of Educational Requirement:/pp Hired on or before May 31, 2013 -- IMC/pp Hired on or before August 4, 2015 IMCW/pp Hired on or before May 31, 2023 IMCM/pp Minimum of 3 years post education clinical experience and competencies for desired role in medical surgical acute / stepdown./ppCertifications/Licensure:/pp Current New Jersey license/pp Current American Heart Association BLS Health Care Provider/pp Current American Heart Association - ACLS./pp Critical Care course required within 6 months of hire./pp Stroke Certification required within 6 months of hire./p/div
