Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Operate as an OTR solo dry van driver based in Spartanburg, SC, hauling freight nationwide with an emphasis on safety and on-time performance. Drivers run late-model equipment (under 3 years) with sleepers, APUs and inverters, backed by company maintenance.

Primary responsibilities:

• Deliver dry van freight across interstate routes while adhering to FMCSA rules.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document findings.
• Maintain trip records and communicate with dispatch to meet schedules.
• Protect cargo integrity and perform basic troubleshooting when needed.

Requirements:

• CDL-A license with at least 12 months verifiable driving experience.
• Comfortable with long-haul OTR assignments and home roughly every two weeks.

Compensation begins at 65 CPM, averages ~2,500 miles/week, and includes safety/referral bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
