2026 Seasonal Harvest Team Member
Position Type: Full Time Seasonal
Duration: September to End of November 2026 (Approximately)
Compensation: $22-25/hr

Looking to join a team for the 2026 Harvest Season and become a crucial part of our grape harvest operations during our busiest time of the year? This role offers the opportunity to work full-time hours in a dynamic and rewarding environment, supporting the harvest operations. Ideal for individuals seeking short-term employment with competitive pay.
Our boutique winery, vineyards and production facility are located on 35 acres in the Napa Valley. We have invested in state-of-the-art equipment as well as our people and have a highly skilled staff.
Do you want to have an opportunity to learn from a team whose modern facilities and efficiencies integrate the best practices of modern winemaking with sustainability? Do you want to have the experience of a full-service custom crush facility with the capacity to manage the entire winemaking process for other producers? Our custom crush clients are also high-end, boutique producers who are some of Napa's most sought-after winemakers and consultants. Our environment provides you exposure to a variety of winemaking styles as well as access to some of Napa Valley's finest winemakers,
The ideal candidate will have worked at least 2+ previous harvests domestically or abroad, and/or have a deep interest in winemaking. Familiarity with all aspects of wine making is desired. You should embrace working long hours, while maintaining a calm and composed mindset. There is no substitute for bringing a positive attitude, and having the ability to pay attention to details. The winery environment requires a flexible, can-do attitude!

Job Duties
-Cleaning/Sanitation
-Grape Processing
-Press work
-Barrel Work such as filling, topping and stirring
-Rackings
-Additions to juice, must and wine
-Performing punchdowns and pumpovers
-Fermentation Monitoring
-Pomace removal
-Special projects

Qualifications
-Has worked through at least 2 harvests (and/or a passion for winemaking)
-Willing to work long hours and 7 days a week (on occasion)
-Ability to stand up for long periods of time
-Ability to listen and take direction
-Desire to learn
-Ability to work in a team environment
-Ability to be a self-starter
-Ability to solve problems spontaneously
-Ability to lift 50 pounds as well as bend and squat regularly throughout your shift
-Spanish desired but not required
-Reliable transportation and clean DMV
-Strong Communicator
