Job Description:

Vision Ford Lincoln is looking for a customer-first, detail-driven Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team! You’ll be the trusted guide for our customers—helping them understand their vehicle’s needs, recommending solutions, and ensuring every visit is smooth, efficient, and positive. ✨

Your ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and create confidence will directly contribute to the level of service our customers expect from the Vision brand.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and care
  
  
• Listen to concerns and document repair needs accurately
  
  
• Translate technical information clearly and honestly
  
  
• Keep customers updated throughout their vehicle’s visit
  
  
• ️ Collaborate with techs to ensure timely service
  
  
• Upsell maintenance plans, warranties & service specials
  
  
• ✅ Finalize repair orders and ensure full customer satisfaction
  
  
• Follow up after service to build long-term relationships

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

• ‍♂️ Prior Service Advisor or customer service experience (preferred)
  
  
• Strong communication + problem-solving skills
  
  
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with ease
  
  
• Basic understanding of vehicle systems and repairs
  
  
• Comfort with computers and DMS (CDK, Reynolds, etc., a plus)
  
  
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college a bonus)
  
  
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
