Practice Overview Kidz and Teen Dental/Orthodontics is expanding its operations and looking to fulfill an immediate front desk opening. Hourly compensation ranges from $16 to $19 per hour depending on background, supplemented by a 401(k) retirement structure with matching contributions. Front Office Expectations Ideal applicants will possess prior experience navigating dental EHR platforms, particularly Dentrix or Dentrix Ascend. Candidates must demonstrate an ability to execute front-desk administrative protocols including insurance verification, claim processing, and HIPAA compliance. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and a minimum of one year of prior dental reception experience are highly valued assets for this role.
