OB/GYN Nocturnist Opportunity in Northwest Houston

Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a leading health system in northwest Houston in recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Nocturnist to join its growing team at a 358-bed regional hospital in the Willowbrook area. This position is primarily based at the Willowbrook campus and focuses on overnight, in-house coverage supporting Labor & Delivery and Obstetrics services.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight, in-house OB/GYN coverage

• Manage laboring patients, obstetric emergencies, and unassigned patients

• Perform vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections as indicated

• Collaborate with nursing, anesthesia, neonatology, and daytime OB/GYN teams

• Supervise and support OB/GYN residents during overnight shifts, as applicable

• Participate in obstetric quality and safety initiatives

• Weekend and holiday coverage included per nocturnist schedule

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology

• Strong clinical judgment with the ability to manage high-acuity obstetric patients independently

• Excellent communication and team-oriented mindset

• Prior nocturnist or hospital-based OB/GYN experience preferred

• Interest in resident education preferred
