A leading digital streaming network seeks a Payroll Operations Accounting Techno-Functional Manager to support payroll operations and system implementation initiatives. This role is responsible for validating payroll results, performing reconciliations, supporting Oracle Fusion testing activities, and partnering with Payroll and Technology teams to ensure data integrity, accurate financial reporting, and successful project delivery.

Payroll Operations Accounting Techno-Functional Manager Responsibilities:

• Perform payroll system validations, reconciliations, and detailed analysis of payroll, union, costing, and General Ledger data within Oracle Fusion, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Support system implementation activities by executing parallel payroll testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-to-end testing, defect tracking, documentation, audits, and validation of payroll transactions and integrations.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Technology, and cross-functional stakeholders to investigate issues, communicate findings, document resolutions, and provide recommendations that support successful project milestones.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel to analyze large data sets, reconcile payroll and financial information, prepare reports, and support payroll accounting and General Ledger processes.
• Work independently to manage multiple priorities, meet tight project deadlines, maintain data confidentiality, and ensure the timely completion of testing and operational deliverables.

Payroll Operations Accounting Techno-Functional Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience supporting Payroll Operations, Shared Services, or payroll systems.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Fusion, or a similar ERP/HCM platform.
• Strong knowledge of payroll accounting, payroll processing, costing, General Ledger, and account reconciliation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including analyzing large datasets and performing complex reconciliations.
• Experience performing data validation, payroll audits, reconciliations, and system testing.
• Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system testing is preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll compliance and regulatory requirements is preferred.
• Experience with reporting tools and data analysis is preferred.
• Experience supporting large-scale ERP/HCM system conversions is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, follow-up, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality are preferred.

• 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, ET.
