Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring all phases align with client specifications and company standards
• Develop detailed project schedules using project management software to track progress and deadlines
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project workflows and resolve issues promptly
• Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to accurately interpret project requirements and scope of work
• Utilize construction estimating tools to prepare budgets and cost forecasts
• Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and progress reports
• Monitor project timelines closely through construction management software while adjusting schedules as needed for delays or changes

Skills

• Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, and Schematics tools
• Strong understanding of construction estimating techniques and contract management processes
• Extensive experience with project scheduling, project coordination, and construction site operations
• Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret schematics for various civil and structural components
• Familiarity with contracts administration and legal aspects of construction projects
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
• Solid knowledge of construction site safety protocols and quality assurance practices
• Hands-on experience with heavy civil projects or infrastructure development is a plus
