Household Manager / Family AssistantLocation: Kaysville, Utah area Pay: $20-30/hour, depending on experience Schedule: Part-time | Flexible weekday hours, ideally around 10:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m.We are a busy family looking for a dependable, proactive Household Manager / Family Assistant to help keep our home and family life running smoothly. This role is led by meal prep and is ideal for someone who enjoys cooking, organizing, and taking ownership of the everyday details that make a household function well.We already have a housekeeper who handles deep cleaning. This position is focused on meal preparation, light household resets, organization, errands, and anticipating what needs to be done.Primary ResponsibilitiesMeal Prep & Grocery ManagementPlan and prepare healthy, family-friendly mealsPrepare dinner and make-ahead mealsPrep lunches, snacks, fruits and vegetablesGrocery shop and keep household staples stockedClean and reset the kitchen after meal preparationHousehold ManagementLight cleanup, tidying and straightening of common areasChange bedding and linensKeep household supplies stocked and organizedOrganize closets, drawers, pantry and other household spacesPut away household purchases and deliveriesHelp maintain simple organizational systems throughout the homeErrands & Family SupportGrocery and household shoppingReturns and exchangesDry cleaning, shipping and donation drop-offsPick up household items and run miscellaneous errandsAssist with occasional household projects as neededWho We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is trustworthy, organized, dependable and naturally proactive.
