This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting sales and profitability goals.The Assistant Manager works closely with the General Manager to lead, train, and develop the restaurant team while ensuring Dunkin' brand standards, franchisee policies, and all applicable laws are followed.
