This role involves backend development within a global markets context. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with .NET/C# and a proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance development efficiency. This position requires strong technical and communication skills to work effectively across teams.Required QualificationsExperience: 710 years of professional software development experience.Technical Skills: * Strong .NET / C# backend development experience. * Proven ability to use AI tools in day-to-day development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, internal AI tools, code assistants). * Ability to connect and leverage multiple AI tools to improve development efficiency. * Comfortable with coding assessments during interviews.Professional Skills: * Strong communication and networking skills to work effectively across teams.Preferred Qualifications * Experience in Stock Loan / Securities Lending / Equities Finance systems. * A background in financial services or Capital Markets. * Experience with Python. * Experience with Quartz.Compensation & BenefitsThe anticipated pay range for this position is $66.00/hour to $71.13/hour.
