Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct telehealth services, including individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to adolescent and young adult clients.

• Collaborate with our full-time Admissions and Assessment team to manage client referrals and assessments, ensuring seamless integration of services.
\n
• Maintain scheduling integrity by facilitating group sessions and individual therapy at designated times while ensuring your calendar reflects your desired workload.
\n
• Engage in regular case consultations with peers to share insights and strategies, enhancing the therapeutic interventions offered to clients.

• Document clinical notes and progress reports in compliance with organizational guidelines, ensuring patient confidentiality and effective treatment planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, specifically adolescents and young adults grappling with complex mental health issues. Our program emphasizes building strong therapeutic relationships, with a maximum of eight clients per group, which allows for in-depth engagement and tailored therapeutic approaches aimed at promoting sustainable healing.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of relevant licensure (LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, LMFT) is mandatory; we welcome applications from both independently licensed and junior-licensed candidates.

• Availability to commit between 12 and 40 hours per week, depending on whether you choose a contract (1099) or W2 employment status.

Preferred Experience\n

• A background in counseling young adults or adolescents, particularly in community or telehealth settings.

• Prior experience with substance use disorders and trauma-informed care is highly regarded.
