What You’ll Be Doing
As our General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of our operations. Here’s what your day-to-day might include:
Overseeing daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional service and meet company goals.
Managing inventory, supplies, and resources to keep things on track.
Implementing and maintaining operational standards to enhance customer satisfaction.
Problem-solving and making decisions to address challenges as they arise.
Collaborating with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who brings a combination of experience, enthusiasm, and leadership to the table. To thrive in this role, you should have:
At least 1 year of experience in the food or coffee industry.
Previous management experience (preferred but not required).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
A proactive attitude and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
A commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
