Behavioral Technician (Evenings) Department: Residential Services - Adult Employment Type: Part Time Location: O'Fallon - Pathways Compensation: $19.00 / hour Description Help others live more independently and reach their goals
Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 4 pm - 12am (32 hours/week) A Behavioral Technician (Internal title: Community Living Instructor) provides support to adults with behavioral health needs in a residential or community setting. In this role, you'll ensure the safety, well-being, and daily success of the individuals we serve. You'll provide hands-on support with daily living skills, social engagement, behavior management, and more - all while helping create a safe, structured, and encouraging environment. Key Responsibilities
• At least one (1) year of work experience or self-employment required
• A valid unrestricted driver's license at the time of hire with the ability to obtain and maintain a class E MO driver's license by the end of 60-day introductory period required

Key Responsibilities
- Support residents in building life skills, routines, and social behaviors
- Assist with rehabilitation and behavior support programs
- Monitor and document changes in behavior, mood, or physical condition
- Provide basic care, such as taking vital signs and assisting with personal needs
- Administer medication once certified as a Level 1 Medication Aide (training provided)
- Transport clients to appointments and community activities (driving is required)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environment
- Participate in emergency response and safety procedures
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
- High School/GED required
