Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – PRN

Home and ALF visits | Coral Springs, FL
Pay: $65 per treatment (4-unit Hospice visit) and $50 per (5 unit Part B treatment)

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team
• Complete accurate, timely documentation

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Florida PTA license
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required)
