This is a career-track sales position designed for someone who wants to build a book of business and become a top producer. What You’ll Do Prospect property owners and tenants through cold calling and networking Identify and develop new business opportunities Assist in preparing proposals, market analyses, and listing materials Support negotiations on leases and sales transactions Conduct property tours and attend client meetings Perform detailed market research and financial analysis Track prospects and business development activities You will work directly with a senior broker specializing in office transactions in the Tulsa market and receive hands‑on training in business development, negotiations, and deal execution. Who You Are Highly motivated and competitive Comfortable with rejection and persistent in follow‑up Strong communicator (phone and in‑person) Organized and detail‑oriented Coachable and willing to learn Interested in building a long‑term career in commercial real estate 1–3 years of sales experience preferred but not required. A strong work ethic and hunger to succeed are more important. Must have (or be willing to obtain) an Oklahoma Real Estate Salesperson License.
