Plumbing Service Technician - $5,000 Sign On Bonus

Chesapeake Home Services, LLC is expanding into a new plumbing service territory and is looking for a strong, self-sufficient Plumbing Service Technician to help get it off the ground. This role is hands-on from day one—you’ll be running calls, solving problems, and helping us build the foundation of this service area. As the territory grows, there will be opportunities for advancement, but first and foremost—we need someone who can do the work and do it well. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary + performance bonuses $5,000 sign-on bonus (after 90 days) 100% employer-paid health insurance (employee coverage) Dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with up to 4% company match Paid holidays & PTO Tuition reimbursement (approved programs) Gym reimbursement Travel compensation during training What You’ll Be Doing Run residential plumbing service calls independently Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems Perform installations and maintenance Deliver high-quality customer service Use digital tools for scheduling and job tracking (ServiceTitan preferred) Help establish and grow our presence in a new service area What to Expect This is a solo technician role to start. You’ll be the primary technician in this territory You will handle on-call emergency service as needed The goal is to grow the workload and add additional technicians over time We understand this isn’t the easiest setup—but it’s a great opportunity for someone who wants steady work, independence, and the chance to grow with a company.
