Registered Respiratory Therapist, PICU Experience: 3 years Travel Experience: 1 assignment in Registered Respiratory Therapist RT-CO Certifications: RRT-National Board for Respiratory Care(Copy needed); PALS-AHA(Copy needed); NRP-AHA(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed); ACLS-AHA(Copy needed) AND Registered Respiratory Therapist, NICU Experience: 3 years Travel Experience: 1 assignment in Registered Respiratory Therapist Licenses: RT-CO Certifications: RRT-National Board for Respiratory Care(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed); ACLS-AHA(Copy needed); PALS-AHA(Copy needed); NRP-AHA(Copy needed) Weekends: 13 weekend shifts out of 26 ( Saturday or Sundays) Float: Anschutz & Network of Care (North or South) No Time Off Allowed: first 2wks of assignment, 11/22-11/28, 12/24-12/28, 12/30-1/2, 1/18, 2/13-2/15 & 3/26-3/29. Will not approve more than 4 days of RTO. Holidays: Required to work Thanksgiving Holiday (11/25, 11/26 & 11/27). MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK 2 OF THE 4 HOLIDAYS. If Works 16 weeks contract can request one of the hoilday dates of either thanksgiving, christmas, New Year or MLK Day for 11/26, 12/25 and 1/1 and 1/18.if works 26 week contract can request 2 of those dates. Education: Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Cardiopulmonary
REQUIRED CLINICAL EXPERIENCE - MUST BE CLEARLY INDICATED IN WORK HISTORY FOR SUBMISSION:
• Minimum 3 years Pediatric ICU
• Minimum 3 years Neonatal ICU (Level 3 or 4)
• Minimum 1 years Pediatric ED
• Minimum 1 years Pediatric Level 1 Trauma
• Mininum 5 years of RRT experience

Preferred Qualifications
• Minimum 4 years Pediatric ICU
• Minimum 4 years Neonatal ICU
