Director of Workday & HRIS Platform Excellence

Guaranteed Rate, Inc.

Rate Companies seeks a Director, HRIS to lead the IT-side management and delivery of Workday and related tech ecosystem. You’ll own platform health, governance, integrations, reporting, data security, testing, and releases, translating business priorities into scalable, secure solutions while building internal capability. Remote-friendly role with partnership across HR, Payroll, Benefits and Finance. 8+ years HRIS/Workday experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage external #J-18808-Ljbffr Guaranteed Rate, Inc.
