Assistant Property Manager

What you will be doing: Works as part of the Property Management team to develop and deliver departmental goals, objectives, and systems. Answers, screens, and directs incoming calls, assists with tenant and vendor customers service via the phone support of by on-site tenant visits. Track tenant issues utilizing established database and/or tracking mechanisms. Follow up on tenant and vendor requests in a timely fashion to ensure needs are being met and work was performed at a satisfactory level. Set up, organize, and maintain files and database records for all site agreements; monitor pending real estate files; obtain, prepare and maintain real estate documentation. Generate and dispatch work orders for completion by vendors. Run, review and distribute various weekly and monthly customer service reports for manager. Tracks certificates of insurance for tenants and vendors. When necessary, prepares correspondence for insurance issues. Other duties as assigned. What you will bring along: High school education or higher, and four or more years of experience in real estate. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers, with the ability to present information. Mid-level to advanced knowledge of MS Office application. Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles to understand operating budgets. Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations that require intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
