Tennessee Quality Care Hospice is seeking a PRN RN to join our team in Camden We offer a supportive team environment flexible hours and the opportunity to truly make a difference in the lives of patients and families HOURS As Needed Primarily Monday Friday with some availability on the weekends TERRITORY Camden TN and the surrounding counties What Youll Love Working With Us A Culture That Cares Work alongside a dedicated compassionate team that values collaboration respect and high quality patient care 401k with generous company match Mileage reimbursement Tuition reimbursement Employee referral bonuses Employee discount programs What Youll Do Assist with the responsibility for patient and family caseload including the assessment determine eligibility admission processing planning implementation and evaluation phases of the nursing process Obtain data and assess necessary information from patient physical psychological social and spiritual factors that may impact patient and familys needs and initiate intervention by other members of the interdisciplinary team Initiate communication with the attending physician interdisciplinary team and other agencies for the purpose of coordinating optimal care Provide visits to re assess the patients needs and update the plan of care Perform therapeutic preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures as directed by the attending physician Perform clinical pronouncement of death and provide support to family Maintain accurate patient records charts progress notes reports and prepare care plans timely Qualifications Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program Licensed as a registered nurse in the state of practice Maintains a current CPR certification Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with patients family members visitors agency personnel and general public Valid drivers license and proof of insurance is required Ready to Start a Rewarding Career If youre a compassionate RN looking to grow your career with a respected mission driven organization Tennessee Quality Care is ready to welcome you #J-18808-Ljbffr
